Mendoza has a nice weather and we can enjoy outdoor activities during the most part of our spring, summer and fall time and still in some days during winter time.

"Plaza Independencia", it's a beautiful square so near downtown. It's common to see many students, artisans, all kind of people walking or enjoying with the sun, the trees and the fountain. Often, there are musicals events there.

The commercial area, Sarmiento St. between San Martin St. and Plaza Independencia is a pedestrian street, full of Café, Snack Bars, Restaurants, Ice Cream Stores, Pizzerias and other kind of Stores.

One of the most popular outdoor activities is to meet with the family or friends or classmate or colleague and eat "empanadas", bread and pizza cooked in a "woodoven" and the other traditional food called “asado” or “parrillada".

In a yard, in garden, in a house, in a club, in a park, in a restaurant...

On the weekend, the people like to go to the countryside to enjoy the nature and at the same time to eat a great “parrillada”.

Here, we have many clubs in "San Martin Park", it's locates at only 20 blocks from Downtown. We can practice sports and we can enjoy different kind of activities like tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, row boat or canoe or swimming in a pool.

If you like countryside activities you can go to a dump and you could do all kind of nautical sports: to fish, sail, surf, and swim.
If it's winter, the people with enough money can travel to "las Leñas" or "Penitentes" and they can enjoy skiing. Later, they can participate in different kind of events

Could seat outdoor to read a book, to relax seeing or listening the nature and watching what's happening around theirselve.

Some people like to organize a meeting with their friends and their children and they like to drink a cup of coffee or
"mate"
and they eat "tortitas" or cookies and chat or play guitar or sing alone or with their friends or temporary partners.

Other people, can probably walk or ride a bicycle or a horse enjoying the sun, the air and the amazing view.

Another used to go at the mountains there, they can enjoy hiking, or riding a horse, breathing deeply a fresh and pure air and enjoying with a beautiful view. During Sunday's lunch, it's common to meet with the family.

We have amazing place to visit.

If you are outdoor in the night, you can probably see thousand of the brilliant stars in the sky. You can listen a deep silence, break it only for little animal's sounds.

All theses activities can be very relaxing but if you would like to feel your "adrenaline", you really like adventure activities, you should search another kind of activities like motocross, delta, rafting, parapentes, climbing, marathon...

There are some nice places to camping.

To me is amazing when I go at "Las Aguaditas"(farm's friend)in the middle of the mountain at 2.500 meters over sea level.

The mountains are incredible, you can watch condors flying so high over you and sometime you could watch guanacos and pumas.

Near her house, there is a little lake and we can see enormous quantities of goose, enjoying with the water.

She has many horses and I like to ride the horse all around her property.
There, you can see cows in different valleys walking and eating so calm.

At the same time she has many hectares with potatoes. It's very nice to see the green color in contrast with the colors of the mountains.

I think, is one of the most beautiful places that I know. It's a great pleasure when I go there.
When you are there, your feeling change because little by little you feel that you are with less stress until you feel in calm. It's a very quiet and silence place.

Well, I think, I really love my country and my province because the nature is wonderful and because we can work and at the same time we can often enjoy meeting with our friends and family.

The rhythm here, the way of life is different than another parts of the world like big cities.
